If you are already a validated EchoLink user, and
you're getting the message "Incorrect Password" when you
start up the program, you will need to set the password in
your EchoLink software so that it matches the password we
have stored for you on our servers. (This is the
password you chose when you first installed EchoLink,
perhaps on a different computer.)
If you remember the password, you can enter it by
choosing Setup from the Tools menu, then clicking "Change
Callsign", and then answering "Yes". Then, type in the
password in place of the asterisks that appear, and click
OK.
If you can't remember the password, we may be
able to send you a reset via e-mail. Please click the
link below.

EchoLink Password FAQ
I used EchoLink a long time ago. I can't
remember my password, and my e-mail address has changed
since then. How can I get back on EchoLink?
If you have forgotten your password and
you are no longer reachable at the original e-mail address,
we have no way to verify your identity. You will
need to be re-validated. Please click here to continue.
I'm getting the message "incorrect password", but
I'm SURE I typed in the correct password. What's
wrong?
You might have mis-typed the password
the first time you installed EchoLink (perhaps on another
computer), and never noticed the error. Click here to request a
password reset.
I know the correct password, but I want to change
it. How can I change the password?
Click here to go to the
Change Password page.
I just signed up for EchoLink. When will I receive my password?
You will not receive a
password. Your password is the one you chose when
you installed the software as a brand new user.
You'll know you have been validated when you can see the
list of logged-on stations on the EchoLink screen. If you
haven't already submitted validation information for
EchoLink, please click here.
